PITA…

Riley has always seen DiNozzo as a royal PITA (pain-in-the-ass). That hasn’t changed with age. 😉

I sort of like the idea of Riley being born elsewhere and visiting Earth. He’s a bit of an odd duck, and I could totally see him being an alien. Plus, cats are so much more intelligent than people give them credit for, so it makes sense.
