This week’s Book Cover Throwback: Charlie & the Chocolate Factory by Roald Dahl

What I Love about This Cover:  It’s cartoon-ey and fun, much like the book at a surface level read.

What I Don’t Love about This Cover: There are themes and motifs in this book that are not light and bright. I wish the cover would show a little hint at the darkness that dwells beneath the surface.
